Refund Policy

We aim for zero disputes. If something goes wrong, here's how refunds work.

Eligible for refund

  • Product credentials failed to deliver within the promised window.
  • Received product does not match description.
  • Duplicate charge for the same order.

Not eligible

  • Digital product that has been redeemed, activated, or its credentials revealed.
  • Change-of-mind after successful delivery.
  • Account bans caused by user-side terms violations of the original publisher.

How to request a refund

Open the affected order in your dashboard and click "Request refund", or email support@speedysnows.com with your order ID. We respond within 24 hours.

Refund method

UPI payments are refunded to the source account within 3-5 business days. USDT refunds go back to the sending wallet minus network fees.
